Function room above a pub, about 60 guests, 8pm till midnight. Crowd-pleasers and requests, nothing too niche — ages range from 18 to 80. Venue has a small PA but bring your own decks/lights.

Village hall booked 10am, guests arrive 1pm. After a sage-green and cream balloon arch over the entrance plus table decor set out (we'll supply the tableware). Take-down the same evening if possible.

Videographer gave us 4 hours of raw footage and then moved abroad. Want a 5-minute highlights film plus the full ceremony tidied up. Files are in a shared drive, music suggestions welcome.
