The agreement

By signing up for Barabara, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Do not post fraudulent jobs, impersonate others, harass other users, circumvent verification, scrape the platform, or use the service for anything illegal.

Marketplace role

Barabara is a platform connecting workers and employers. We are not party to any agreement between users; we make no warranties about job quality, worker performance, or payment outside the platform.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
