Old apple tree is shading half the garden and hasn't been pruned in years — needs a proper shape-up, not a hack job. Borders want cutting back and green waste taking away too.

Three 6ft panels between us and next door came down last weekend — posts look okay, just the panels split. Like-for-like lap panels is fine. Sooner the better before the dog works it out.

Inherited an 8x6 aluminium greenhouse with the house — several panes cracked and we won't use it. Needs careful dismantling (glass!) and everything taken away.
