Old apple tree is shading half the garden and hasn't been pruned in years — needs a proper shape-up, not a hack job. Borders want cutting back and green waste taking away too.

Three 6ft panels between us and next door came down last weekend — posts look okay, just the panels split. Like-for-like lap panels is fine. Sooner the better before the dog works it out.

Back garden has got away from us — brambles, an old rotten planter, general overgrowth. Needs clearing and waste taken away. Roughly 8m x 6m.

Lawn is patchy after the summer — wants scarifying, reseeding and then a monthly cut through the season. Front and back, about 60sqm total.

Gutters full after autumn, and there are two slipped tiles visible from the garden. Two-storey terrace. Photos available on request.
